How to Give Yourself a Raise with an Online College Degree

 by: Gerald Maccoux

If you look around you, it doesn’t take long before you can begin to notice others around you engaging in some kind of self improvement activity. If we want to look younger, we diet. If we want to feel younger, we exercise. To add culture to our lives, we might learn a second language or listen to classical music. These are all worth while self improvement activities we can participate in; however it can be shown that an increase number of Americans are continuing their education after high school. Some are returning to the online classroom after an absence of several years in order to enhance or change their career.

Ah. Do you agree this material aided you in upgrading your comprehension of HSC Reading? I believe it did.

We have other articles on education if you desire to read. Be unwavering to scan the left over fragment as further resources on education lie ahead.

There are many people today from all walks of life who are getting an online college degree from home. Dollar for dollar, an online college degree or post graduate work pays off. The quickest way to give yourself a raise is to receive your certification in an area in which you are all ready working. Examples where board certification is pertinent include technical and vocational fields to name a few.

Sometimes an online college degree is very necessary in these instances. In some cases you have previously learned the information required of you for these various certifications, but will need the necessary degree in order to advance in your particular field.

So, let’s discuss possible uses of a college degree via distance education. Many who are presently working in technical and vocational fields enroll in online courses to restructure and enhance their careers, and receive additional certification status.

Examples of this occur on an on-going basis. A thirty year old immigrant from South America began working as a nurse’s aid, and is presently in her second semester of training from home at an online college.

A 50 year old white male enrolled in an online technical college to study electronics when the factory in which he had worked moved to Mexico early last year.

Okey-doke. Further insight to the piece of the article must be a fun to the expert. If you go on reading further, we guarantee that your curiosity in this would strengthen.

During a downsizing exercise at a psychiatric facility in Missouri, an education staff member returned to an online virtual classroom to gain continuing units of education, and add a minor to her present degree.

Thus, you can see with the use of those brief examples that continuing education can be useful as well as critical to your intellectual growth base.

An online college degree is more important than ever for several reasons.

  1. Employers feel that we are presently in an employer’s market. This means that they can be more selective in individuals they hire.

  2. Jobs that glean more pay are more specialized. Specialized jobs require more training/education. This is true because these jobs require the manipulation of facts, figures, and/or technology which is often times sensitive, adaptive, or computerized.

  3. Our current jobs in the U.S. are becoming more and more service oriented. These jobs have relatively low pay and our labeled unskilled work. Thus, one must retool to prepare his or her self to obtain a job requiring more skill and offering more pay.

  4. Finally, we have entered a global economy. Such an economy demands higher prices for homes and automobiles without providing numerous gainful employment opportunities.

How do you know if an online college degree is for you? First, if you lack a high school diploma, a college degree is a must. High school non-graduates make 25% less than starting salary employees with a high school education.

Secondly, you may presently hold a position that would pay you more if you held a degree from an online technical school or online community college. You may know this information from coworkers or acquaintances in your line of work.

Goodness gracious. Stop being ignorant, scratch the surface to get exemplary piece of literature which can add to your intellectual capabilities. Keep reading, there are extra details to follow.

Thirdly, if you are considered a non-traditional student. Financial incentives are available to attract such students. So if you could be described as a non-traditional or a minority student, smaller financial payout is a good incentive to continue your education.

Check out an online college degree portal and invest in your future. Give yourself a raise.

Has this piece of information increased your awareness in regards to HSC Reading? Your constant replenishment of knowledge on education could be done here.

In forthcoming days do skim our section to get the whole galore of acumen on HSC Reading and education.

If you are looking for hints on speed reading then this is the right article for you. All the gist on education are accessible here. The previous ability is certainly going to be slovenly.

Let’s appreciate if you flip through the pages of the entire report it has selected salient features for you to select. Let’s get a move on to investigate more.

A question often asked is why people would want to read faster? Without wishing to be flippant, the answer to this question is essentially two-fold:

(a) because they want to; and

(b) because they need to.

Do you feel this report is resourceful enough to meet the expectations of all folks?

Many of the people were aided by this excerpt. But few were unhappy.

You are the ideal critic for speed reading. As a person you should think to be placid to read till the terminating word.

Below we will examine some of the reasons why someone may want to read faster and, more pertinently, why they may need to read faster. To conclude, we’ll also look at some of the practices that can be adopted so that you can actually read faster.

(a) Why you would want to read faster

When we are children, adults try to relay to us that reading is a pleasure that we should take care and time over. We might also be told that in order to fully understand what we are reading, we need to take time over the written word - save we may misconstrue what the author intended. When we reach adolescence, however, we find we’re in for a rude awakening!

Do you really feel this article might augment your awareness?

It assisted particular folks who were searching for speed reading. Some of the readers didn’t find it worthwhile.

You can review the article in the best possible method. One has to be placid while reading because the concluding word might make a difference.

Reading is for educational purposes: and if we want to improve our minds, we had better be prepared to do a lot of it!

The need to read lots of information and data is probably the biggest reason why we want to have the skills to read faster. There are simply not enough hours in a day for us to have the luxury of reading everything at a leisurely pace; we must push the frontiers of our reading speed and ever increase this as we get older. To do otherwise means that we have to spend copious amounts of time reading text that could have been utilized in ways (possibly) more enjoyable than reading - such as spending time with the family, or watching television.

(b) Why people need to read faster

The reason why people need to read faster is actually tied-up with the reason why people want to read faster - the sheer amount of information that we need to read these days.

Fine. Can you feel an addition to your awareness on speed reading? I’m confident, you must have gained it.

Do go through our write-ups on education too. We want to bestow you with the extra information on education but, for that you need to wait.

Although sales of novels have fallen year-on-year for over a generation now, the various different mediums we have for reading have increased. Indeed, the Internet alone provides us with a reading medium that we would unlikely be able to complete even if we spend the rest of our life trying to do it!

Moreover, today, more and more of us are required to read very in-depth, complex, reports as part of our day-to-day work: for which we simply do not have the luxury of a couple of days. Work related reading material generally means having to turnaround the reading time as quickly as possible. It is usually for this reason that those of us who have not undertaken a speed reading course by the time we enter the workforce rush out shortly thereafter to do so.

(c) Methods of reading faster

If you find that you are one of those people who would like to be able to read faster, the following are some useful tips that you can adopt in your pursuit of speed reading:

(i) Preparation

A large part of being able to read faster lies on your preparation. Here, before you start to read that thick business report, give it the once over (i.e., skim read it), see how long the report is, try to grasp the main points being conveyed in the report - you can usually do this by looking at the headings, subheadings and index - then take a deep breath and plunge into your speed reading mode. When you adopt some of the other methods listed below, you’ll usually find that knowing a little of what to expect next will greatly enhance your ability to read faster.

(ii) Avoid any distraction

A lot of us can read in rooms with loud music. Some of us can read on busy trains. However, if you want to read anything quickly and accurately, try to approximate how long it will take you to read it, find and appropriate a period in your day when you’ll have such time, then go to a quiet room/place and put up the “do not disturb sign”. You’ll find reading in an atmosphere of silence will greatly enhance your ability to read faster. Of course, this is sometimes easier said than done, especially if you have a family with young children. If this applies to you, see if you can postpone reading the material until such time as you can devote 100% of your time to your reading.

(iii) Try to read in daylight hours

Although many of us enjoy reading the odd novel in bed, for the purposes of reading fast, research has shown that we are much more likely (biologically) to read fast during daylight hours.

(iv) Take a break

No one can read continuously for hours on end. Then again, each of us has different thresholds when we have been reading too long. Finding equilibrium between spending too long reading, which will slow down your reading pace, and taking too many breaks from reading, which will likewise slow down your reading pace, is very important. In most cases, the medium time for fast reading is a period of 1 hour reading followed by a 10 to 15 minute break.

(v) Motivation:

Finally, one of the most important aspects of reading fast is being able to motivate yourself to read the material in the first place! If you enjoy reading something, you’ll want to take your time over it. Reading fast, therefore, usually needs to be adopted with reading material we are not overly enthusiastic about reading in the first place! But you should not look at it this way; otherwise your reading speed is going to deteriorate. You need to motivate yourself. Here, prudent practice is to set yourself goals - like you would with anything else in life: “I want to read Chapter 1 in 5 minutes”, etc.

So, whatever the reason may be as to why you want or need to read faster, if you utilize some of the above practices in your reading, in no time at all you’ll be reading much faster!

The Secret of Life Is to Get On Board

 by: Mary Ann Bailey, MC

One of this year’s box office hits was the movie, Polar Express. It’s a wonderful story about the power of believing.

It is Christmas Eve and a little boy waits in his bed hoping to hear the bells of Santa’s sleigh. As he anxiously waits for the reindeer to appear, a mysterious train pulls up in front of his house and the conductor invites him on board. The train is the Polar Express, and it is headed to the North Pole.

As the story unfolds, we learn that, “It doesn’t matter where the train is going. What is important is deciding to get on.” It is a gentle reminder to us all of how important it is to believe and follow our dreams.

Standing on the Platform

Fine. What do you think on the article till here? I’m confident it increased your expertise.

If you wish, we can provide you with different write-ups on education. Be pertinacious to study the left over fragment as additional sources on education lie ahead.

How many trains have you let go by in your life because you were uncertain of where they were going? How often have you found yourself standing on the station platform watching trains come and go, trying to decide which one was the right one for you? There you stand, frozen in indecision, as the world passes you by.

In order to keep growing and learning, we need to keep our lives moving. Water that doesn’t run becomes stagnant, and the same is true of our lives. We need to be willing to try new things and be open to new experiences. We also need to trust that the process of life will take us to where we want to go if we remain aware and take advantage of the possibilities and opportunities that are constantly being put in front of us.

Jen was in the process of finding a new job. She was a college professor who had been recently laid off. She had been in education for a while, and although she had several other professional interests, she was having a difficult time actually visualizing herself in any other field.

As Jen stood on the station platform, the only trains that she felt comfortable boarding were the ones that were heading toward the academic world. But is that where she truly wanted to go? On the other hand, the trains that were headed in different directions were too scary to board. So, she felt completely stuck, unable to move in any direction.

Getting on Board

Jen soon realized that taking any train would serve her better than just sitting on the platform, so she took a leap of faith and decided to board the next train that came along. This train took her to an informational interview with the head of local environment group.

Environmental issues had always been something that interested her, but she had never envisioned it as a profession. The interview went very well. Jen immediately connected with the director, and she came away with an extensive list of people and organizations to call for further information and possible job opportunities.

This experience bolstered Jen’s sense of adventure, so she decided to jump on the next train that came by. This train was headed to a job interview at a local college. The position sounded promising and Jen certainly had all the qualifications. So, she boarded the train with great confidence, only to find at the end of the ride that education really didn’t interest her anymore.

The interview had gone well. They asked her back, but it had become clear to Jen during the interview process that she no longer wanted to work in the college setting. The passion and excitement that she once had felt was gone. It was time to move on to whatever her next career path might be.

There is No Wrong Train

It could be argued that Jen had boarded the wrong train because it didn’t end up taking her where she wanted to go. Yet, had she not gotten on that train, she would have always have had questions about whether or not she should leave education. Now she knows, and she can pursue other interests with her full and focused attention.

It will take some time for her to sort out exactly what it is that will rekindle her passion. But she knows something is out there waiting for her; and she is excited about all the possibilities and the process of creating a totally new career path. All she has to do is to hang on to her willingness to take a risk and step off the platform.

The answers we seek are not always right in front of us. We sometimes have to take a longer and more circuitous route than we would like to reach our destination. Our journey may require many trains; and if we hold ourselves back from boarding even one of the trains on our route, we may never truly reach our goal.

No doubts about the clarity of this report, still the persons are doubtful about its assistance.

Those who were hunting for #improved reading skills felt delighted. Just few found this praiseworthy.

College, To Be or Not To Be

 by: Frederic Madore

Somewhere around the age of fifteen, someone will begin to ask you about your plans for college. Uh? At fifteen, your most important plans involve a corsage and the latest dance moves. But, somewhere between fifteen and high school graduation, you begin to discover this faraway land of college .

Completely admissible! Now that you have read till this point, we assure that likewise you will have something amazing. Your additional inquisitiveness in this piece of article would be an added advantage for you.

What does this opportunity college really mean for most of us? It is the difference between a life and an existence. You can stop today to look around, and take the time to notice the have s and the have not s. The people, who have, also have a college degree. College graduates work in jobs that bring them satisfaction, not just their next meal. They enjoy what they do each day and they look forward to innovation and progress. Most of the time, they are a part of those things, they actually help to bring about change and make progress.

If you ve never taken the time to ask yourself (as I m sure most teens have not), begin to ask yourself questions about your basic likes and dislikes. What things in your life bring interest to you? Even the smallest things can tell you something about yourself. College helps you to further define these basic interests and find the right niche for you. The possibilities on the job market are endless and so are available College degrees. There are degrees out there in things you don t even realize exist, until you enter the great gates of the undergraduate world.

What you also don t know, (and won t) unless you enter the realm of continued education, is that there are others just like you. The student population abounds with entering college freshmen who don t have a clue as to what they want to do with their lives. The point is not necessarily knowing what you want to do, but having the initiative to seek out the answers. There are so many doctors, lawyers, teachers, and engineers that started out without any idea about their chosen path. They did, however, have the desire to get on the path.

Now, I realize the first, and most often used excuse, is a lack of money for college expenses. Bah humbug! I know at forty, what I did not at 18: there is money available, if you want to find money. The big hold up here is not the lack of availability it s the lack of available guidance counselors and adults to help these young people find the funding. It would seem to me, that as a guidance counselor, you would make available all information about scholarships, grants, and student loans to any young person on campus. But this is not so. Visit any high school in this country, and for the majority of students, there is no help to be found.

College is the doorway to the imagined, but unproven. It is the bridge between what we are and what we can be. It is a testament to the age old adage, If you can dream it, you can do it!

At this point of time, I’m like a doubting Thomas with regards to the productiveness of this report.

The report is meant to cater to those persons who were looking for Speedread. But some of them didn’t benefit.

Don’t frighten yourself by preconceived thoughts. To look if the piece of information holds some value for you, you may read it till the concluding word.

How to Reach the Top of the Ladder of Success

 by: Ian McAllister

First you must get onto the ladder of Success!

I can think of three ways:

1. Become a top sales-person,

2. Become a popular writer

3. Pass exams.

I can only help you with the last two methods.

1. The leader of your country… President or prime minister or dictator (?) reached the top of the ladder of success by being a good salesperson. Perhaps she sold herself to voters. Maybe he sold himself to fighting forces who put him in power.

2. If you’re at least 16 years old - Have you learned to write gripping essays? Make money from writing.

You don’t need salesmanship to make money - more than enough to pay for sales advisors with your essays.

Why do I say 16 years old? Because Nori’s success was bringing her good money at that age from her website. Read about it here http://case-studies.sitesell.com/buildwebprofit.html#NORI

Nori just wrote essays about her holidays, and took photographs. Google is perfect for this idea. You simply write about 30 interesting essays (pages) before submitting them to Google Adsense. Continued success means keep writing new essays.

———-

Popularity

———-

Is your subject popular enough for hundreds of visitors/day? Look on Overture.com to find out what is the top price for each keyword in your subject. Look for a subject with lots of keywords for which advertisers pay $5 or more per click. Each time your Adsense page gets a click, some of that $5 goes to Google and some goes to you.

So you don’t need any salesmanship at all to make money from Google. If you have 500 keywords and write two essays per week you’ll finish in…

Completely admissible! You could feel requited to scrutinize the consequent paragraphs. You need to be connected with this write-up to find more.

If you follow your initial success you’ll think of other approaches over the years. But meanwhile, you’ll make money with your essays.

You don’t even need to know anything about putting up websites for success. http://find.sitesell.com/buildwebprofit.html will do all the technical stuff for you, while you concentrate on writing. They also show you other ways to make money once you’re earning well from Adsense.

3. Does this mean that you don’t need exams?

No.

a. Passing exams proves you can learn. Study broadens your mind. Writers and salespeople must see other points of view than their own.

b. Even if you fail your exams, your mind has already been broadened. But why not get the credit for your work if you can?

Although this is one of the best articles, I’m bit doubtful about its efficacy for everyone.

Many of the readers were aided by this report. But few of them didn’t benefit.

You can be very competent in your quest for before being judgemental about this article. To look if the piece of information holds some significance for you, you may comprehend it till the concluding word.

c. Credit - you may be surprised at the respect you get with a string of letters after your name. You get more respect still from being able to write essays well, but if you have both things going for you…

Okay. The following lines will be an added advantage. You need to be regular in order to attain the worth of this piece of information. So, just keep on reading.

d. Planning success in employment? You must pass exams.

——————-

Employers And Exams

——————-

Why do employers insist on success in exams? They prove you can learn things.

Why do employers require experience? They don’t respect what you learned to pass your exams. You learn on the job after passing your exams.

——————–

Knowledge Not Needed

——————–

That means that you don’t need the knowledge. You need the exam passes. My book about “Exam Mastery” will get you unearned exam success. I’ve passed several exams without knowing much about the subject.

———————————————–

Once you’re on the employment ladder of success

———————————————–

Be as cynical about climbing the ladder as I taught you to be in my exam book. Your target was to pass exams, not to gain knowledge. Now your target is to climb the ladder of success, not to give your best work.

1. Read John Molloy’s “Dress for Success”. Apply it. Life’s just as unfair as exams. Your dress shouldn’t matter for success, but it does.

2. Study your bosses. Who decides promotions? Interests? Attitudes?

3. Attend all meetings. This takes you from your work, but your target is success. Make your voice heard, using what you learned from my free report about essays. This will

a. give you practice in public speaking and

b. the bosses will notice you. Tailor what you say to your research in step 2.

c. If you get the chance to run a brain-storming session, organise the information on the board as you learned from my book about exams. That impresses bosses.

4. Attend all seminars and study the format. Now use your practice in public speaking to run a seminar. This will really make the bosses sit up and take notice. Make sure to consider step 2 when you’re planning your seminar. Use all the tricks in my essays report to make your seminars a success.

When you succeed you will know that you couldn’t have reached the top without getting onto the ladder of success.

Money for College Where Is It and How Do I Get It?

 by: Vanessa McHooley

College is expensive but money is available to help you pay the way! By doing a little research and filling out a few forms, you can find money through scholarships, grants, loans, and tuition assistance such as work study.

Scholarships

There are more than one million scholarships available each year to reward students who have distinguished themselves academically, athletically, musically, or in some other way. Scholarships pay for some or all of a student’s college costs through cash or tuition reimbursements.

The primary government counterpart for scholarships is the Reserve Officers’ Training Corp (ROTC) program. Through ROTC, military branches offer full scholarships to students who agree to serve in the military for a certain number of years after graduation. Religious groups, professional associations, and civic organizations are other sources of scholarships.

Grants

Grants are financial aid awards that do not need to be repaid. There are Federal, state, and private grants available.

Federal: There are two main types of Federal grants:

  • The Pell Grant is the largest federal grant program. It provides up to $3000 per year based on financial need

  • The Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant provides from $100-$4,000 per year, depending on when you apply, your level of need, the funding level of the school you’re attending, and the policies of the Financial Aid Office where you attend school

Oh yes! Be certain that your efficient insight would go ahead of this point. You require to be coherent with this piece of literature to receive more.

Special grant programs through the National Health Services Corps and the Armed Forces are available for students entering the health and medical field.

Well. What do you think on the write-up till here? I’m confident it enhanced your awareness.

We have other stuff on health if you want to read over. We ensure you that the material will be accessible at the close.

State: All states provide some type of grant, scholarship, or tuition assistance programs.

Your state’s higher education agency can give you information about state grants, including the State Student Incentive Grant (SSIG) Program. This program is funded jointly by individual states and the U.S. Department of Education.

Private: Many private grants are available. Your university may offer institutional grants from its own resources.

Loans

Very well. Further insight to the piece of the article would be a treat to the expert. Go on reading, there are extra details to follow.

Once you have exhausted all the scholarships and grants available to you, it is time to look at loans. Federal loans are the largest source of financial aid available. Check the information below for information about the major types of Federal loans:

A Perkins Loan is need-based and you must be at least half-time student. The interest rate is fixed at 5 percent and you can borrow up to $3,000

A Subsidized Stafford Loan is need-based and you must be at least half-time student. The interest rate is variable with 8.25% cap. You can borrow up to $2,625 year 1, up to $3,500 year 2, and $5,500 for years 3-5

An Unsubsidized Stafford Loan is available for any student who is at least a half-time student. The interest rate is variable with 8.25% cap. You can borrow up to $2,625 year 1, up to $3,500 year 2, and $5,500 for years 3-5

A Parent PLUS Loan is for the parent of a dependent attending at least half-time. The interest rate is variable with 9% cap and it can cover the cost of attendance less total financial aid offered. It is available year round and can even pay for back expenses.

If you don’t qualify for Federal loans, private loans are also available through banks and credit unions.

Work Study

The Federal Work-Study Program provides jobs for undergraduate and graduate students with financial need, allowing them to earn money to help pay education expenses.

Training is Not the Same as Exercising

 by: Roger Seip

What it takes to GROW!

In almost every workshop we deliver, we try to teach the principle that the mind is a muscle. What does this mean? Well, your mind and really your whole life operate on the same growth and strengthening principles as any muscle in your body, and almost everyone misunderstands what it takes to make a muscle grow. Pay attention, here.

I always ask my students “what do you need to do to make a muscle grow stronger or larger?” They always reply with great enthusiasm, “You need to EXERCISE!” That is totally incorrect. You can exercise your muscles all day long and they will never get one iota stronger. To make a muscle grow, you must TRAIN that muscle - work it and tax it beyond what it’s ever done before, and then you must FEED that muscle with the right balance of nutrients so it can recover and grow. In fact, muscles don’t grow while you’re working out. They grow as a RESULT of your workout, but the growth actually happens while you are resting. I’ll suggest that your mind and your life are exactly the same. You’ve got to have both “intense workout” time and proper recovery time in your life if you want to see growth. How do you do this?

“Life Workouts”

Okay. Did you notice some attachments to your knowledge repository of cheating husband?

We have additional write-ups on family if you need to go through. We want to bestow you with the surplus knowledge on family but, for that you must wait.

The main key here is that in your professional life as well as your physical life, you must push beyond what you are comfortable with. Working a muscle in a growth-inducing manner requires some discomfort, even pain. Apply this principle to the rest of your life. Set goals that are out of your current reach. Think big! Go someplace you’ve never been. If you’re a salesperson, make more calls or appointments in a week than you ever have. PUSH yourself to new levels of focus and effort. Will this require some discipline? Absolutely! In fact, it will actually hurt a little. But that kind of pain is temporary and if you’ll work through it, the growth in your life and your pocketbook will make you forget that pain quickly.

“Life Feeding”

If all you do is push with no recovery, growth does not occur. Quite the opposite, in fact. Once you’ve stretched your limits, it is important to feed your mind and your life just like you eat to replenish your strength. Some “recovery tips” for your Life:

  • Celebrate your victories. When something goes right, when your “pushing beyond” actually gets the results you desire, enjoy it for a little while! Reward your wins and you get charged up to want more of them.

The readers are wishy washy about the advantage of this well written material as well.

It gave pleasure to those who were on the lookout of cheating husband. All may not get the benefits from it.

You might be very productive in your quest for cheating husband before being judgemental about this report. To look if the piece of information holds some worth for you, you could understand it till the final word.

  • Take time for yourself - by yourself and with those you love. Quiet time alone for a little bit each week is absolutely necessary to recharge your batteries. Just as important is quality time with family or those you care about. This is often the first thing a busy professional sacrifices, which is why so many are burned out. It doesn’t need to be tons of time, but it has to be some.

  • Feed your mind systematically. The practice of reading an inspiring or uplifting book for 15-30 minutes daily is absolutely the most refreshing and life-changing habit you can develop.

If you want to grow, you must have BOTH the workout and the recovery time. Find the balance and growth is inevitable. Not easy, but inevitable.

MAKING CHANGE STICK 5 Systems You Need To Succeed
2004 by Shawn Driscoll, Succeed Coaching and Development www.succeedcoaching.com

********************************************************************************************
We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.
–Aristotle
**************************************************************************************************************

Do you agree this report is resourceful enough to fulfill the desires of all folks?

Many of the readers were satisfied by this write-up. But some were unlucky.

As an expert who is looking for , only you can rather find out if this assists. As a connoisseur you must be unwavering to read till the concluding word.

These days, nearly everyone I meet is trying to change something about their lives be it to lose weight, quit smoking, have more fun, exercise more, get a new job or be promoted in the job they have. Yet, most people end up struggling to fully achieve their goals. They become discouraged, distracted, and eventually, defeated enough to set the goal aside.

Making change is hard. But, it is nearly impossible to see through, especially over the long-term, without building an environment to support the change. In my work with large organizational teams, I recommend that leaders take the time to set the change up in a way that makes it nearly impossible for people NOT to change. The same is true for individuals. We must create five key support systems for ourselves so that making change becomes nearly effortless. So, if you are ready, here they are:

Completely admissible! The next lines can be an added advantage. Your patience is appreciated, we guarantee that your enthusiasm in this would increase.

1.Have a vision not just a goal
2.Get a Sponsor
3.Create Time and Energy Reserves
4.Connect with 3 peers
5.Get some quick wins

The individuals are doubtful about the utility of this aesthetically written material too.

It merely added to the list of folks who were exploring . Just few found this praiseworthy.

If you are looking for a stuff on , you can definitely decide about the reliability of the piece of literature. Have a look at this till the close to find if it works for you.

HAVE A VISION NOT JUST A GOAL
The single biggest mistake I see people make is that they set a goal, such as I want to lose 15 pounds by July 4th . Great, but it isn t very compelling. The key is to have a VISION that is specific and compelling enough to draw you forward. Lose 15 pounds fine. But WHY do you want to lose it? How will it feel? How will you look? What will you be like if you lose it? Write a specific and compelling vision for yourself and the goal becomes secondary.

GET A SPONSOR
Sure, you can do it yourself. But, you ll likely let yourself down many times before you succeed. Why bother? You need at least one person who can hold you accountable and push you further than you would push yourself. A good sponsor will ask you to raise your standards, double your output. Can you be that for yourself? Probably not. So find a coach, mentor, trainer or leader who can.

CREATE TIME AND ENERGY RESERVES
If your serious about this then it s time to clear the decks. Making change is hard and requires a lot of our attention and energy. Don t add this change onto an already full plate. You ll simply frustrate yourself and fail to achieve your goal. This isn t about pushing yourself harder. It s about working smarter. Stop doing things that eat up your time and drain your energy. You know, those things you agree to but dread doing. Just stop. Start saying NO. Cross things off your to do list (simply decide not to do them). Don t take on any other new commitments. Make this first, not last. Really.

CONNECT WITH 3 PEERS
Collaborate and commiserate with others working on a similar goal. Set up regular systems to check in with each other (notice I didn t say check on that s why you have a sponsor). These people are your support system. Use meetings, workouts, instant messaging, phone calls, etc to talk about how you are feeling, get some cheerleading, share wisdom, and have some fun.

CELEBRATE SOME QUICK WINS
Set up some short term, achievable milestones early on. We all need to see progress quickly or we start to lose focus. Wins build momentum and energize us. Break your larger goal down into simple, short, achievable milestones so you can see progress within days, not weeks or months. Then celebrate your victories! Make it rewarding, but not in conflict with your goal. For example, if you are taking care of your body and trying to lose weight, don t reward yourself with a big cake that immediately (at least in your mind) undoes the accomplishment. Instead pamper yourself with a pedicure or a quiet hour in a favorite spot.

Taking the time to put the right systems in place will pay off in the end. Don t go it alone. Succeeding is not just about working harder and being committed. Being committed means you are willing to do what is necessary to ensure your success. If you re ready to make change stick, start with the 3-2-1 action strategies that follow.

3-2-1 ACTION!

So, you know what you want to achieve and now you know what you have to do to succeed. So, let s get busy .

Write down the names of 3 people who would support you in achieving your personal vision. Ask them to work with you starting today.

Set up 2 milestones for this week and make a note on how you will celebrate if you achieve them. Perhaps one milestone is writing your vision down and posting it. Maybe the other is getting at least 2 time and energy drains off your schedule.

Find 1 person to be your Sponsor. Be sure to discuss with them the best way they can support you in achieving your personal vision.
